About the Foundation

Virginia Garcia Memorial Foundation was founded in 2001 to provide an enduring philanthropic base of support for the mission of the Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center. Our vision is to ensure that no one in Washington or Yamhill Counties lacks the basic health care.

We achieve our goal by soliciting contributions from individuals, corporations and foundations to augment the Health Center's other funding sources, including patient self-pay, insurance companies, the U.S. Public Health Service and Oregon Health Plan.
