VGMF ANNUAL BOARD RETREAT

January 23, 2010

The VGMF Board recently spent a Saturday looking at where we have been, where we are right now and where we would like to go in the future. It was a tremendously informative and inspiring day led by two incredible facilitators: Jeri Alcock, MSW, CFRE and Kevin Carroll, Katalyst.

The conversations that day led to the creation of a strategic planning committee which will, over the next several months, work with Foundation staff to develop a long term plan for the organization. Stay tuned for news on our progress!
