Cornelius

The Cornelius Clinic was established in 1975 to serve migrant, seasonal farm worker and day laborer population. Today, our staff provides a range of health care services to 6,700 patients annually, with a special emphasis on behavioral health and diabetes care.

We are especially excited to share that that we are now in the construction phase for the new Cornelius Wellness Center and until September 2012, the Primary Care Clinic is temporarily located in Forest Grove.

The Dental and Vision Clinic will remain open at the Cornelius site during the construction phase.
